We currently offer 2 x One Bedroom Apartments, 9 Two Bedroom Apartments and 3 x Three Bedroom Penthouse Apartment. Each of our apartments features air conditioned living and bedrooms, kitchens, stereo systems, dvd players, Cable TV and telephones. The Beach Melati Apartments provide full hotel cleaning services, laundry service, restaurant delivery service, car and motor bike rentals, and 24 hour security. Airport transfers and VIPVOA can be arranged on request. Additional charges apply.

Due to high demand of our property, bookings are often difficult to obtain. All bookings are on first come first served basis and we recommend that you book as early as possible. As all apartments are privately owned, management cannot guarantee bookings in specific apartments but will guarantee a booking in a similar apartment to that requested.

Terms of payment: A 20% deposit is required to guarantee bookings and balance is payable on arrival either in Rupiah or US$ cash or Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
More then 30 days prior to check in: Your deposit will be converted to a credit note to be put towards a future booking. Any additional monies (in excess of the 20% deposit) paid (e.g. the balance of your booking) will be fully refunded.
Less then 30 days prior to check in: Your deposit will be forfeited, however any additional monies (in excess of the 20% deposit) paid (e.g. the balance of your booking) will be fully refunded less any bank fees incurred.

Credit card payments are calculated on the current Permata Bank rate plus 3% on the day of processing. Differences in personal statement balance can occur and are due to the fluctuation with the Indonesian rupiah and Bank processing time. The Beach Melati Apartments cannot be held responsible for these differences.
